Items purchased from other Dealers (including those on eBay or AMAZON) ~
MUST be returned
directly to that seller for refund, exchange, Warranty Repair etc, and/or contacted for Questions & Support.
If the Selling Dealer refuses to take care of your concern ~ WE WILLbut we will require knowing who the selling Dealer was, with a copy of the communication you have had with that Dealer ~ so your concern can be resolved by the Factory.
We do stock misc. EagTac parts ~ such as holsters, replacement glass lens, pocket clips, switches, rubber switch boots, etc ~
